The support team is responsive when it comes time to discuss any issues I have as far reaching back from their initial set up goes! There has been nothing negative about working with this platform so far but there hasn't really had much opportunity either yet due to such an early stage launch - just need more people using the tool now!! So excited for future developments here at TDM though :) Great community management system through slack/telegram etc which makes getting feedback quickly easy without needing many emails going around (which can feel like spam sometimes).
Good idea overall if used correctly & implemented well enough, could be great value added feature wise too once they expand outwards further than what's currently available initially? Some features haven’t quite reached full functionality still unfortunately e g sending reminders via telegrams not fully functional right until today even.
