Great tool for community management & outreach!!
The support team is responsive when it comes time to discuss any issues I have as far reaching back from their initial set up goes! There has been nothing negative about working with this platform so far but there hasn't really had much opportunity either yet due to such an early stage launch - just need more people using the tool now!! So excited for future developments here at TDM though :) Great community management system through slack/telegram etc which makes getting feedback quickly easy without needing many emails going around (which can feel like spam sometimes).
Good idea overall if used correctly & implemented well enough, could be great value added feature wise too once they expand outwards further than what's currently available initially? Some features haven’t quite reached full functionality still unfortunately e g sending reminders via telegrams not fully functional right until today even.
- All functions are very quick turnaround especially compared other platforms we've previously tried in comparison where waiting 1 2 weeks between requests seemed normal..I find everything generally works within 24 hours most days usually however some clients or proposals don; t always get answered immediately by sales staff hence why i check regularly throughout all day each week that responses
