Great tool for community management & outreach!!

The support team is responsive when it comes time to discuss any issues I have as far reaching back from their initial set up goes! There has been nothing negative about working with this platform so far but there hasn't really had much opportunity either yet due to such an early stage launch - just need more people using the tool now!! So excited for future developments here at TDM though :) Great community management system through slack/telegram etc which makes getting feedback quickly easy…

Pros
  • All functions are very quick turnaround especially compared other platforms we've previously tried in comparison where waiting 1 2 weeks between requests seemed normal..I find everything generally works within 24 hours most days usually however some clients or proposals don; t always get answered immediately by sales staff hence why i check regularly throughout all day each week that responses

Excellent, user-friendly interface with great support

The customer service is excellent! They have been very responsive when I've had questions about my account/subscription status etc., always via email rather than phone call (which isn't as helpful). Very clear instructions how they want me using their platform - which makes it easy if there's any issues at all during setup time but also ensures everything works smoothly once up & running too :) Have used other platforms before so not sure what others may be like?
