The product looks and works exactly as shown in the photos and videos. Delivered quickly and nicely packaged. Now I can hear the iPad's speakers better (than in my old cheap case) and the price was reasonable. I like that it's not too heavy like most other cases. As for the drop test, I don't really want to test it, but if it happens and does poorly, I'll revise my rating. I already have a screen protector that every tech lover should have. In my opinion, the lid is not inferior to Otterbox in terms of quality. push hard. I suppose you can use a Dremmel or a fine pipe sander to widen the hole a bit, but it's not necessary. I also found the power plug hole to be a little tight but works well. You just have to make sure it's fully inserted or you won't get charged. No big deal as it really works. I would give it a 4.5 due to the tight hole sizes, but since there are no half stars I give it 5 stars. I am very happy with my purchase.
