Quality control issues, ma'am. suitable for lunch bags

Overall a good bag, but after two weeks the side seam of the bottle holder came loose. Disappointed. I like buying something once and having it for a long time. This cooler was positioned as heavy-duty. I mean, he's just carrying my lunch. Shouldn't fall apart. I probably would have given up, keep looking. You need to work on durability.
