The ability to create complex models using simple python scripts makes it very easy!The GUI interface could be more intuitive, but overall I am happy that there are so many options available in this software (such as meshing tools). It's great being able build your own applications without having any coding experience or knowledge of how things work internally - just write some code which runs simulations :)I have been working mostly within my undergraduate research project by creating 3D geometries from CT scans taken at different time points during pregnancy/postpartum period etc., then running CFDs through Sofa simulating blood flow patterns around fetuses' brains after birth injury has occurred due either preterm labor / premature rupture membranes leading up until delivery itself.
