In short, this product is not enough, since installation I get sporadic errors, missing keys or duplicate keys, power problems keyboard turns off and on , but the mouse is constantly buggy . After I removed the device and tested it for 24 hours, every single problem was gone, every single one. The list of issues includes: The keyboard turned off for a split second and then turned back on, it was off long enough for Windows to recognize it. Missed keystrokes, constant and frustrating, everything from letters to no space for several minutes. When holding the keys, the device sometimes decides that a key press MUST stay and you get "wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww". The mouse turns off randomly like the keyboard. Or it doesn't recognize the mouse immediately and requires a reboot. I've checked all my drivers, hardware settings, mouse and keyboard settings to make sure it's not a software issue before blaming the hardware. After that I even tried a different mouse and keyboard and still the same problems. I don't know if I got the lemon or now, but suffice it to say the device wasn't working properly and wasn't working reliably.
