Review on 🚰 KINGO HOME Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer: Stainless Steel High Arc Single Handle Sink Faucet for Modern Farmhouse Spring Kitchen by Chip Palmer

Old fixture removed, basin area prepared and new installed. Everything fitted together easily, tightening the black plastic clamp onto the threaded bushing on the faucet with a pressed brass nut. Problem: The brass nut is too big for the threaded bushing. Keeps no tension on the socket and prevents the faucet from being properly tightened. As a temporary measure, several turns of Teflon tape had to be used (see picture). Completely unacceptable as the faucet comes loose within minutes of use. I need the company to send me a new brass nut with a black plastic ring and/or bushing that actually tightens. The problem is that either the bushing is too small or the brass nut is too big. I will revise my review if the company corrects it.
