After one use, the main blade no longer fits tightly to the body of the trimmer. It looks like one of the thin plastic tabs has worn away and is no longer holding the blade/head in place. Considering you have to remove the blade every time you need to remove the minimal amount of hair this thing can vacuum, it seems those plastic tabs are about to fail. I've also been to the Philips parts page and couldn't find a replacement cutter head. The vacuum function has an efficiency of about 35-45%. There was still a lot of hair on my sink and countertop that needed to be removed. I would look elsewhere.
