Not the sharpest blade in the draw. I use it for vegetables. Has a bit of trouble with raw sweet potato. But it does apples and oranges ok.
- Great purchase. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My husbandβs favorite cooking knife by far.
- May not be suitable for people who prefer knives with a more modern design
