Works as a mothproof solution but too expensive

I wanted mothproof garment bags. Most of them have fairly large openings or flaps at the top, which is not enough for this purpose. Beware - some of the ones sold here have this design, the ones I'm reviewing are a 40" and 54" combo pack that instead of a hole has a slot at the top for a hanger to go through. Out of the box I wouldn't call this gap mothproof either, but the upside is that it's a lot easier to tape over. See photo - with some tape I feel it is securely locked. The ones with holes are much more difficult to seal with tape. Another downside is that the material is quite opaque, so it's not easy to see the contents of the package without opening it. Some tape, it gives me a handy mothproof bag. But overall $25 for 10 packs is way too expensive for something good but not great. I also have a large sleeping lamb cover which is a much better value but as it is 22" wide it can only be used depending on the width of the closet. I recommend getting these where space allows and then padding them on the rest surface in those separate pockets.

Pros
  • Storage and organization
Cons
  • Easily wrinkled
