This thing is amazing. I'm a professional repairer and installer and I love this tool. When I first received it, I was concerned that it would be uncomfortable, but when you actually use it, its design is top-notch. The only catch is that you have to push hard on the screws that are harder to loosen or they will get stuck. If you press hard and lock the angle head, it doesn't tighten at all, so it's just a learning curve.
