DMT Diamond Wetstone

They are particularly good for stainless steel knives that never want to hold the blade. With conventional carbon steel knives they shave very quickly and effortlessly. They're fast, easy to use, and can be stored almost anywhere. They're so good I bought another one in case the company went bust.
