*Showing pallets is messy! Work on the towel and the trash can. Be patient and take your time. Expect to mess up a few pans in the process. You may be able to save some, but not all. Overall I am happy with my purchase. The filing tool could have been a bit thinner to actually separate the pans from their pallets as it was too thick to fit in between without breaking a few (I figured that might happen, so practiced on the pans I have not wanting to leave, I ended up finding something else that worked much better: part of a pocket knife, it had a thinner blade that slipped in easily and parted pans). I combined 8 palettes into one (god, how nice!). All of the softer shadows were able to be pushed back into their palette and seemed to hold up well (although they might not look as pretty). The included magnets were great as the individual pallet trays weren't magnetic and I ended up needing them. This palette is officially in stock, so I will buy another one if needed.
