I originally bought this for my wife to help with pregnancy pains, but every time I've wanted to use it, she's already used it! So I had to take my own. Additional heads are great for locating muscle groups. I usually use an air cap as it helps to smooth out those sore muscles that just need to be relaxed before the real work begins! The battery lasts long enough that I sometimes forget it needs to be charged. The 6 speeds to choose from are useful and help you get the "power" you need. Additional heads are also good to have. A tote bag is a great bonus for keeping things safe and sound. Will definitely accompany me on my travels (whenever that is!)
