Excellent grip. I ordered the horned version thinking this style would give me more hand placement options. I won't repeat many of the other good reviews but just wanted to add my 2 cents on two points: Removing the old rubber grips turned out to be a lot easier than I expected given the many other comments on the subject. I found an easy way to remove them. Stand straight in front of you with the old grip and the handlebar will come out perpendicular to you. Working with the handle closest to you, grab the end furthest from you and pull it out by pulling it toward you like you would a banana. Once it's folded back about 1/3, the friction is reduced enough that you can just wrap your hand around the handle and unscrew it. As for the installation, I tried not to over-tighten the set screws, but felt they were just right enough. When I did my first ride, I found that the handle was still a little twisted. However, it didn't slide down like it would come loose, so I continued my ride (31 miles). I have come to the conclusion that I like the twistability as it is more comfortable in different positions depending on the position of the hand. It doesn't turn on its own, only when I want to turn it, so I seem to have stumbled on the correct tension for the set screws. I've made several long trips with it and haven't changed my preferences. When I placed my order I was given a delivery time of 2 weeks. It was a few days later than originally stated, but I was fine with that. If I knew how much I liked them, I might be more annoyed that I had to wait!
