UPDATE 6/16/18: The company contacted me after I posted this review and asked what they could do to improve my experience . I told them they could refund my money or send me a new pump. They immediately sent me a new pump. Didn't have enough time to see if this one lasted longer than the first one, but at least OKPOW has good customer service. I will update again after more use. I found the pump to be pretty decent for the price. It tended to heat up quickly, so we tried not to let it run for too long. I bought it 4 months ago and we've used it about 5 times. We have always treated and stored it with care. Received it today to use and although the cord light comes on when I plug it in the unit doesn't work at all. Even at this price I feel like I should have used it more than 5 times. Find something better now.
