Review on Pro Packing Cubes Lightweight Compression by Ruth Haiar

The blocks seem strong enough and the zips work (just got them today so not sure) but the ONLY reason for buying these cubes was the COMPRESSION aspect. NO COMPRESSION. I've been traveling for two weeks and I'm trying to get everything in a hand luggage. These bags offer no more compression than simply slipping them into your padded zippered suitcase. In fact, I get more compression from my eBag (double zippered padded bag) than from these compartments. I was able to achieve more compression by putting the garment in a large zipper, sealing it almost completely and sucking out the remaining air through a straw. While my stuff might be a little more organized, the cubes will only add weight to me. Also in the information it is stated that they have a double zipper. Not true. You have ONE flash. It has two pull tabs, but no, only one zipper. I had to follow my first instinct and buy cubes that reduce the volume from 4 inches to 1 inch. My journey is coming up so I can't return these / get the other cubes I should have bought originally. I already have a set of organization cubes and definitely don't need them. I consider the "compression" described to be false advertising, since it is only intended to contain the volume and not to reduce it. Really disappointed.
