Not plug and play, but not bad.
I like the product itself. It's aluminum and the extra weight makes it easy to turn the handlebars. The only thing is the grip on my G923 is the same as the G29, I had to run to the hardware store and get some 1/4" nuts and some #6 bolts about 1 1/4" in size to buy . and had to make a spacer to clear the dial. But after putting it on it is strong and feels good.
