I had problems straight away, I went to the web browser, downloaded Google Chrome and it turned off, after four tries turned it on, it said it was overheating, the fan doesn't seem to work, checked the diagnostics, the fan came on briefly and said everything is fine, the laptop overheated again and the fan wouldn't come on. I don't know what's going on, but after everything was paid for, I spent $500 on a broken laptop. Don't buy if you don't know how to fix it. I don't think it's a very difficult problem, but it's definitely a big problem and people who can't fix it are just already throwing it in the trash.
