Review on Thermalright Peerless Assassin Aluminium Technology by Kev Mills

I tested this against Scythe Fuma 2 and it definitely outperformed it. I was a little surprised because I expected them to be comparable. Temperatures on my 5800X @ 4.42GHz with Prime95 Small FFT peaked at around 92C on Fuma 2, PA120 leveled out at around 87.5C. I have used TT Toughfan 12 on both heatsinks when using slower 1200rpm fans versus the stock Fuma. 2 It would be a bloodbath. At 2000rpm toughfans this heatsink will outperform anything I think and maybe even the DH-U15 without impeding airflow. I know there is a review online that says the PA120 is within the DH-U15 range, so I'm assuming that with much better fans it will likely outperform it a bit. Finally, I used the 5800X with a custom 240mm + 120mm water circuit and to be honest I think the temps are about the same. If the user loop outperforms them, then not by much. I couldn't test directly because I packed everything into a smaller case because I want to put my PC in a server rack next to another PC.
