The bristles will not fall out with use and will not bend, split or break after weeks of use. It's a really soft brush, but it has structural integrity that gets the job done. I have a small, sensitive mouth and have had over 40,000 reconstructions, implants etc over the past few years due to my osteoporosis medication. Most of these have gone very well, but one quadrant continues to crumble despite best efforts on all sides, ESPECIALLY mine. I have every toothbrush imaginable and am always looking for something better, more useful and more effective. This carbon brush does the job perfectly. It cleans well without hurting my sensitive gums, the handle is easy to manipulate with arthritic hands, it stands up on its own when you need it (but no suction cup) and is easy to clean by running hot water over the brush head to let. .As another reviewer mentioned, the packaging of the toothbrush is unique - just like Toblerone! When I first opened the box I noticed a sweet smell. It was somewhere between vanilla and something floral, not unpleasant and lasted a few days. I couldn't taste it, and there was nothing in the shipping box to explain the smell; strange… All in all a good but expensive choice of carbon toothbrushes✨
