The best way to reduce eye strain is with reading glasses

I bought these glasses because I sit at the computer most of the day and by the end of the day my eyes are shot! Someone suggested using blue light goggles and I found them. They're very light - the only problem is they won't stay on my face when I have to bend down to pick something up - but the main thing is they block blue light, I can actually work much longer than without them - who knew?
