They didn't tighten the lids or even make sure they didn't open, so I had MATERIAL on hand - luckily it was soap. I lost about a quarter of the bottle to spills and it pissed me off but this is the BEST SOAP! I also use it as a hand soap around the house because that formula is so hard to come by. Do more with the seventh generation!
