I need a right knee replacement but I need to lose weight first. With my severe arthritis, aqua aerobics have been the best way to move, tone up, hopefully lose some weight and not affect my joints. About a month into my new exercise program, I developed more than usual swelling and more than usual pain in my right knee. I decided to try a watersports corset to see if it could give me the support I needed during my hour-long sessions. Well it worked. This brace gives me great support and stays in place throughout my classes. I found it needed adjusting again after I started moving around in class. It must be fully saturated with water, adjusted, then it will stay in place all the time. I love this bracket!
