I would like to return, my return window must not be closed as a Prime Member! Doesn't take photos of the car as written, I also had photos of strangers when I received my goods. Only used a few times because you can not understand whether it works AUTOMATICALLY. I feel I should be offered a refund for a product that is not performing and being used as advertised? Says it's new but apparently there were real photos and no stock. Please consider my refund request. Thanks Tammy Moore. Update April 8, 2020, Are you alone for the maintenance or are you just stuck with the product that I don't recommend?
