Wow I love these things and I haven't seen another product that can do what it can! This little adapter gives you the ability to rotate plugs and sockets 0, 90, 180, or 270 degrees for unprecedented versatility. Many of the other adapters I looked at had only a few positions and bulky heads. They have a wider range of positions, can be used with your existing XLR cables (rather than just an adjustable end permanently attached to the cable), and are no wider than a standard XLR connector. I use mine to reduce the height of the XLR cables plugged into my board under the laptop drawer in my mobile DJ stand.
