Review on Toshiba DVR620 Recorder Certified Refurbished by Victor Anderson
No tuner but easy to use.
Very comfortable car. There is no tuner, but recording and dubbing from VHS to DVDR/RW and vice versa is very easy. The last rebuilt/repaired unit I had ran for about three years before both pickup elements failed. Unfortunately, discs burned on an older Samsung device are not compatible. Repairs can be more expensive than a new car. Check out the online manual first as the machine isn't exactly up to date. My big complaint is that they don't make them anymore.
