true to color. It's beautiful BUT barely covers my table for 6 people. I use an indoor-outdoor dining table under a tree for a fall dinner. It's perfect for fall colors. The description states that it is suitable for a table of 6-8 people. To be fair it covers the top of a 6 foot table but only hangs (falls) about 5 inches on each side in length and doesn't sag in width. It barely covers the top end at the shorter width. So measure before you buy. I don't think this will fit an eight seater table. Otherwise you will love it.
