I've been trying to walk recently (it's not very good) and end up with nasty pain in my shins and legs every day. Recommend this cream. I decided to use this after a nice hot shower after my run. I apply it to the buttocks, thighs, calves, sides and stomach. HOLY MOLY YALL. This feeling is the most intense I have ever used. That puts tiger balm and freezing heat to shame. After about 5 minutes I got a hot cold thing all over my body. I put on a sweatshirt and went about my usual business. By the time I went to bed I felt noticeable relief from muscle pain and the next day the relief was even more noticeable. The only reason I took off a star is because it's advertised as an anti-cellulite cream and I haven't really noticed a change in the look of my legs, they just hurt a lot less after running.
