Keeps masks ON nose, not UNDER it.
I buy disposable masks and put one on at a time. I cut out a tiny slit, slide out the useless strip of plastic that came with the mask (I use needle nose pliers to pull it out), then tuck it in. I do not remove the adhesive strip, it is not necessary as it is INSIDE the cover. . I love them because they really keep the mask in place and don't interfere with breathing. They're so cheap I don't feel guilty
