Updated Rating: I originally gave a lower rating based on what I wrote below. The company contacted me and said they would refund my account based on my recall. I was very impressed with their customer service and that they took the time to read my review, contact me and make it right. For this reason I gave my rating another star. I really appreciate their time and will buy another product from this company in the future knowing they care about their customers and their products. First review: I bought this to help with vinyl weeding and it's fine. This really helps, but it depends on the color of the vinyl you're working with and the size of the drawing. The lines are difficult to see and I have to use the edge of the tracer (where there is no brightness control) to find the lines. I think if there was no brightness adjustment (black dots over highlights) it would be better. The plug is a separate topic. It doesn't fully connect to the tracer and so is terminated very easily, causing the tracer to disconnect. My kids usually sit next to me when I'm weeding and when they correct the position the plug falls out without even touching the tracer. In addition, the on/off switch is very sensitive. If you breathe too hard near the button, it may turn off. I usually put my palm on the tracer, which doesn't help because I often press the button and then everything turns off. The tools provided are more like those you would find in a dentist's office than in a workshop. I tend to stick with the Cricut tools.
