Excellent customer services paired perfectly
The support team is great! They are very responsive to our needs and always seem eager to help us out as much as possible when we have questions or concerns about their service. I love that they offer multiple connections for business users/networks so it's not just one type of connection per location. It can get confusing with all these different types of connections but overall it's really convenient being able to use more than 1 port from my router. We've been using them since 2013 and haven't had any issues at this point. Nothing specific!
Pros
- Great product offering lots options available (DSL routers) if needed too which helps keep costs down while maintaining high quality internet speeds & reliability without having excessive equipment around your home needing maintenance every now again like previous providers used here before switching over.
