A bit pricey but overall a good pre-workout
**I eat a dry ladle and mix it with water** At $50 this is probably not the most economical pre-workout I've had. Ryse did everything it advertised - Decent pump - Stable focus - Not much beta-alanine so limited tingling. Overall 3 stars because of the price
