This headband worked great on my Quest 2 because I'm one of the few people who prefer the Stock Quest 2 headband - because I fixed a big Quest problem as soon as I got it. All VR headsets are unbalanced - all the weight on the front and nothing to offset it except tight straps and cups that put pressure on your head. I power my Quest 2 with an 8-10 oz USB power bank that attaches to the rear headband with velcro. This counteracts the weight of the headset, taking pressure off the face and evenly distributing the weight on the top of the head where it should be. Also increases playtime from 2 hours to 7+. While I was happy with my counterweight setup (and even returned the Elite strap because I found my setup more comfortable), I still had messy hair from the headband and thought this mat might help redistribute weight and pressure even further. The quality seems great and installation was easy. I was surprised how well it fits my head and I haven't noticed any stiffness/pressure points even after 6-7 hours of play. I recommend everyone to try a counterbalance on their Quest 2 before buying an expensive headband (tape measure is quick). a trial counterweight is easy to attach) and if you like it then you'll love this AMVR pillow add-on.
