This spool is a monster! I was looking for a source for velvet ribbons that wouldn't break the bank and found it here. The spool looks exactly like the picture, it is wrapped in a small cellophane film that can be resealed. Like all nylon and polyester ribbons I've used, it frays a bit on the edge. Keep this in mind when cutting, use a dab of glue or hemming. I've already added additional colors to my "Save for Later" list.
