I thought I was buying a new set but turns out I bought a used one. Nowhere in the order was there an indication that I was buying a used device, but I don't rule out operator error. The radio itself was in good condition but without fittings. Anyway, I was able to mount it under the cabinet with my own hardware. In terms of use and operation, my opinion is: Insanely small selection buttons that are difficult to see without a flashlight and magnifying glass (round, tiny black circles with even smaller letters). Confusing, inexplicable programming that requires a person to cycle through 20 options in a row, even if you've only programmed 5 channels, for example. In this example you cycle through 5 programmed channels, then you have to cycle through 15 more empty channels to get to the first actually programmed channel. As someone else pointed out, one solution is to program five channels four times in a row. The speakers are strictly average. The best thing for me is the seamless Bluetooth connection (Podcasting, Pandora and Spotify). The vague wording in the description of this radio gives the impression that it runs on batteries, which was one of the main reasons I bought this unit. To be clear, iLive Wireless Under Cabinet Bluetooth FM Radio does NOT have a battery only option (pain). All in all, the iLive device is a sub-par radio for very budget-conscious people who are happy to overlook numerous and well-documented flaws. If I ever have to buy a cabinet radio again, I'll gladly spend a little more for a better device. iLive Wireless-Fur
