These are great for glasses. My doctor recommends wearing them 1-2 hours before bed. There are definitely higher quality and better blue light goggles out there, but my doctor seems to think this is more than enough. They're pretty cheaply made. I've seen similar things on large lots and port freight for about $3, the only difference is the color. And I know from experience that they break easily, especially the temples. However, I find the price quite high. The quality of the lenses is quite good - there is no distortion on the sides. They are smaller, people with a large frame may have trouble landing. They're 100% plastic, so they're easy to soften and shape with a hair dryer or heat gun to fit better. Just be careful not to melt them, they will melt. If you're not sure you can do it yourself, the best way to adjust plastic frames is with a frame warmer with a salt shaker. They're available at almost any optician's store and they'll usually set you up for free, even if you didn't buy them there.
