Description of 🌙 Sleep Savior Fitover Glasses: Ultimate Protection from Blue & Green Light for Better Sleep, Reduced Eyestrain & Insomnia

Imported. Plastic lens. Non Polarized. Lens width: 165 millimeters. Bridge: 18 millimeters. Arm: 127 millimeters. BETTER THAN AMBER LENSES: It’s known that blue light disrupts sleeping patterns, but did you know green light also suppresses melatonin production and prevents restful sleep? These fit-over glasses block blue AND green light. STOP LIGHT LEAKAGE: Most light blocking glasses allow harmful light to leak in around frames. Our fitover glasses are large enough to make sure sleep disrupting light doesn’t leak in. EEL RELAXED & READY TO SLEEP: You’ll feel a physiological effect when you put these on. Blocking blue & green light sends a signal to your brain that it’s time to sleep. As they slip over your eyes you’ll start to relax. PERFECT FOR JET LAG & SHIFT WORKERS: If you struggle falling asleep because of shift work or jet lag, these will help you reset your circadian rhythms. They are beneficial if you need to wind down quickly. IMPROVE CIRCADIAN RHYTHMS: Help your body reset your circadian rhythm, and shut out harmful frequencies in order to start getting truly restful sleep!.

How to fix the tightness.

Before buying these glasses, a review said that the glasses were a bit tight. I dismissed it as a nitpick. Well after buying and wearing the glasses I found them to be snug [hence the 4 stars] and after a few hours of wearing them they started to hurt. Here's how I fix the problem. I took two pairs of piers. I heated one pair on my stove, the other pair stayed cool. Hold one of the HANDLES on the TEMPORARY PLATE of the glass frame with cold tongs, then use the hot tongs to grasp the TEMPORARY…

Pros
  • PERFECT FOR DAY SHIFT WORKERS: If you're having trouble falling asleep due to shift work or jet lag, this will help reset your circadian rhythm. They come in handy when you need to calm down quickly.
Cons
  • So far, so good

I can hardly put them on my face. There is no flexibility in the hands. They don't need customization, they just need flexibility. I can't wear them with reading glasses, but at least I can (with some effort) put them on and use them to block out blue light in the evening. Why is there no flexibility in the hands? I expect a better fit that fits more people than just people with small skulls. Bending your arms would change that. This is a small but very important detail that they overlooked…

Pros
  • non-polarized
Cons
  • wrinkled

The price is high but everything else is fine

These are great for glasses. My doctor recommends wearing them 1-2 hours before bed. There are definitely higher quality and better blue light goggles out there, but my doctor seems to think this is more than enough. They're pretty cheaply made. I've seen similar things on large lots and port freight for about $3, the only difference is the color. And I know from experience that they break easily, especially the temples. However, I find the price quite high. The quality of the lenses is quite…

Pros
  • Plastic lenses
Cons
  • A few little things
