It all connected and looked GREAT! We were very satisfied with the results for two months. Then the wiring broke right out of the solder on the inside of the frame due to the normal vibrations of the bike. We called the company and sent pictures, did our best to prove the problem and were told they have "never ripped before" and will not report on it. They then offered a 25% discount on that issue. So you say there is a problem but you won't fix it because the LEDs are under warranty but the WIRING THAT THE LED WORKS isn't. Even if you have proof. Very disappointed with this product and the lack of customer support to resolve the issue. I've always liked their products, but I've never come across a defective item. You lost my business. Butter, be careful.
