Oh that is good! in Dishes & Servingware

OK, bear with me. There are only two of us and we both have a splash guard and a floor with handles. We each load our plates and they go in the microwave. If we had kids, we sure would have spritzers for every dish and every serving of it. They're good, the thing gets hot and smokes, and since only the handles get hot, I never need oven mitts. The spot on the bottom where your plate fits holds it well, when I want to take the plate out when it's already out of the microwave I use a butter knife between the plate and the base to lift the plate and pull out the base underneath , but we now use them as everyday TV trays and we don't take the plates out. From what I can see in the picture now it looks like it has 2 panels, so wouldn't that allow the top panel to slide in there? Okay, no, it won't. The spaghetti sauce discolored the white silicone rubber, it faded in the wash and I didn't smell or taste it in anything else I put in it, so what? My microwave loves it!. Thank you.

Pros
  • โœ…Non-slip handle and steam outlet. The handle on the retractable lid has a striped design, non-slip and comfortable to grip. Small holes at the top of the lid allow steam to escape, allowing air to flow in and preventing condensation from forming.
Cons
  • No instructions
