I couldn't find where I stashed my all-metal stoner the last time I moved, so I ordered it to sort about 10 pints of cherries that needed pitting. SO HAPPY I DID THIS. I was able to peel all the cherries and my repetitive stress injuries didn't escalate! Additionally, the stoner quickly and accurately removed the stone from each cherry - I didn't have to go back and re-perforate a single one. And it rinsed great. The purchase is worthwhile.
