I like that its simple for my clients who are non tech savvy! We use pulse way at work as well as in our homes when we need help remotely. It is very easy to set up an account and get started right away. There really isn't anything i dont enjoy about this product but maybe if there was more people willing/able to assist others then they could make sure their service levels were always good? At least where ever ive been helped by someone else within the team has seemed great quality of customer support. The main benefit would be peace of mind knowing that everything works perfectly even though im miles away!!
