Very impressed with this stuff. Read everything I could about it through the reviews - what worked and what didn't work for people. I prepped the subfloor with a wire brush on an angle grinder - chipped off loose rust, sanded down existing paint wherever I could with 80 grit sandpaper. I used a cheap shaving brush to apply, then a small 3" wide roller to smooth it out used it to an acceptable thickness. Two to four hours later after running the fan at 62˚F I was able to scratch it. Fingernail and it wouldn't come off. Waited a full 24 hours, applied another coat where I thought it might that it would be necessary, waited another 24 hours and then applied a primer over it, let's see what happens, it holds up over time, but first impressions - for a DTM, a water based primer/rust converter - seems really well designed .The only thing I wished for on their website was the MSDS sheet and maybe the actual TDS.
