I prefer the "tweezers" style of this teaball to a chain. Much easier to control in terms of shedding. The only problem with this tea ball is the same as all tea balls on the market - they are so small that the tea leaves have nowhere to expand. Also, it can be difficult to fill properly as some teas get caught around the perimeter, making it difficult to fully close and seal properly. Adding to all the downsides, this has helped me brew lots of loose leaf tea quickly and conveniently. I just wish the ball itself was bigger.
