Like most of the reviewers I've seen, I have an invisible blonde brow. I probably started painting them 15-20 years ago, but it's always difficult to find the right salon when you're moving a lot. The price, ease of use, and end result really make it five stars for me, but since there are a few things I don't like, I think it's fairer to give it four. I used it at 5. Now is a different time. I was playing with the time because I noticed that a lot of people say you shouldn't leave it on for long. My unbeatable blonde brows didn't pick up the color, so leaving it on for less than two minutes didn't do anything for me. Last night I tried leaving it on for a full three minutes and I'm very happy with the result. But even though it's a "light brown" color, it's definitely made with black henna, so while it's lighter than their other products, it's definitely not bright. It's easy to use but also messy. Dye capsules are difficult to break without discoloring them. The powder is sucked up at the slightest breath, so it always ends up in the cup, on the neck of the cup, on the counter, in the sink. But I always get plenty of product to use and cleanup is a quick wipe with a damp cloth. So it's really just a minor annoyance. I've had no problem tinting my skin without protection, but I'm trying to remember to use a quick Vaseline browliner just in case. I haven't had any skin sensitivity issues either. The product doesn't last as long as if I had it done professionally, but it didn't go away overnight. I still use trial and error to see what a good routine would be. Of course, this depends a lot on how dark you make them to begin with. Overall I think the product does exactly what it's designed to do, very easy to use and for the price and convenience it's totally worth the (very minor) issues it has. I highly recommend this.
