The packaging was previously opened, the inflatable boat was simply put back in the box. We still tried to cheat; connected, and then we understood why it is like that. After 30+ minutes it's not bloated at all. Malfunction! I'll go back and try the replacement which should arrive tomorrow. I hope it works and pumps up. We have rescue dachshunds, so there are many inflatable dachshunds for recreation in our garden, all different. I hope the new one joins our holiday collection of dachshunds. If it works, I'll do another review of the novelty. But for this - a big ZERO. You would think that the company would check it before sending it and waste everyone's time.
