Very hard to reset!
To unscrew them, you need needle-nosed pliers. The rear ones could not be installed as they were very small, like ball bearings. I had to ask my friend to hold the backs with pliers and screw the bar into the backs for me to carry. If you live alone, do not order these as you may never be able to wear these earrings alone. The backrests should be larger and shaped so that they can be held and bolted to the uprights.
