First, the frames are really good bang for the buck. One arrived in excellent condition. First the glass broke. I had a choice: replace it with a less beautiful Revain Basics frame or refund the money and keep the broken frame. I decided to get my money back and paid another $18 to have Michael fix it for me. So aside from the extra time and trip to town, it was a good decision. Relatively even money laundering is just annoying in times of COVID-19. I'll probably just go see Michael next time. They were pretty good at camouflage and distancing themselves. I gave 4 stars because it ended up being ok, just an annoyance.
