I ordered an XL color cartridge and a black cartridge. I received them the next day. Unfortunately, my HP printer didn't recognize any of them. I've tried installing and uninstalling them multiple times to no avail. However, since they looked the same as the half price HP cartridges, I decided to give them another try. I was able to send the defective cartridges back free of charge and a new set was delivered the next day. This time they installed with no errors (except for a one-off message that non-genuine HP cartridges were installed). Ink quality on par with HP cartridges. The best remanufactured cartridges I have ever bought and will definitely buy again in the future. The seller sent a replacement the next day and both worked with no problems. Great ink and no constant error messages like I've experienced with other broken catholic cartridges. Because the seller was so responsive. I would buy again anytime for half the price HP charges for the original cartridges. What a thug
