Great - this is my second

. I had one before we lost the last one in a house fire and had to find another. We use it all the time. Place about half an onion in the bowl, seal and refrigerate. No onion smell in the whole fridge, nada. And dried onions. Durable because it has withstood the occasional knock on the counter well. Easy to clean with soap and water or in the dishwasher. If this one breaks for some reason I will try to get another one.
